I know about dragging with your finger and you can jump around the page elements with the d-pad... are there any other ways to scroll a web page in the stock browser?

Reading a long page can get tedious when you're constantly finger dragging the screen, it would be nice if you could jump down a page at a time with just a button press or something.

Do any of the other popular browsers have better scrolling methods?

I just wish I could hold down the d-pad and it would scroll smoother and A LOT faster.
