Re-Setting

I hear that the Razr Maxx's longer-life battery is permanently installed in the phone.
What to do if the phone needs to be re-set (as sometimes is needed) by removing/re-inserting the battery?
How can re-set be accomplished?

Actually quite simple... holding power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds reboots/resets the phone. In addition, with my Razr Maxx and now with my Razr M, I rarely ever have been forced to do a battery pull... in the past 10 months, maybe once or twice.
