Re rooting?

So, for some dumb reason I unrooted my TB, and now I want to re root...how do I do that? I've tried and the phone ends up not working anymore because it says it has no software. I put on a .zip file that unrooted the phone. Supposedly with "original" software. Please help!!! I need a ROM again!!! I cannot stand a stock POS phone!!!

If you have a link to step by step process, besides comments, it would be greatly appreciated.

P.s. I'm rooting with my MacBook pro.
