Question...

before my boot animation (its apex) it says liberty. anyway to change that? i wiped cache and data twice before flashing apex.

Thats your boot image, it will stay as Liberty unless you change it. There is a thread on here with over 100 pages of different boot images, just search custom boot images. They are just .zip files that you flash. Stock image is on this thread as well. Sorry I dont have a direct link. You can even send the dev images that you want as your boot and he'll nicely package a .zip for you to flash. Hope that helped.
