Question about the 2.3.340 update, unrooting & what to remove?

Rooted Droid X.......Help upgrading to 2.3.340

I need help from the experts on this site.

Ok, I am an idiot. When I first rooted I did delete some bloatware, not realizing the issues it would cause later with updates. So, I have tried the update.zip after reinstalling what I thought I had removed (blockbuster, kindle...etc...I believe there were only a few I actually deleted).

When I go into recovery I keep receiving E:Error in /sdcard/update.zip (Status 7) Installation aborted. The message above this states: assert failed : apply_patch_check("/system/app/FriendFeed.apk", "and a long list of numbers/alpha.............etc...)

I thought I had reinstalled all of the missing apps within root explorer. I am begging for assistance as this has driven me absolutely nuts.

There's a post on one of the previous pages that helps with specifically your problem. I believe it has common APKs that people remove.
