How do you guys get such long battery life? I could get 2 full days outta mine before ICS. Now i only get about 16 hours or less. What am i doing wrong?

Welcome to Droid Forums I'mJustMeow! Two things that may help with your battery are making sure you're not on global data by going to settings --->more... (under data usage) ---> mobile networks ---> network mode ---> select LTE/CDMA, and enable battery extender in Smart Actions.

Oh, just noticed...with the og Razr, you actually get good battery life. Most of those with 24 hours or more have the Razr Maxx which has a much bigger battery.

Thanks. But i already have LTE/CDMA selected and i never have my gps on or wifi. I have the screen brightness turned way down.

Your battery life is pretty good so there may not be a whole lot more to maximize it. The Smart Actions battery extender will save some because it turns off data, sync, wifi when your screen times out and then automatically turns it back on when you unlock your screen. 4g is the biggest battery drain so if that is on most if the time, you will use more battery (but SA battery extender will turn it off when you're screen is off).

thanks for the suggestions of the smart actions. i was already using it to change the volume on my phone on its on for when i go to bed and stuff. i didnt know you could still make calls and send/receive texts with mobile data off. That saves my battery when i sleep. it literally doesnt use battery at all while i sleep because everything is off, except the phone itself lol.

Thanks Guys!!

Good deal j.m:)
