Possible to go from 606 to 607 and keep settings?

Is it possible to go from 606 to 607 without losing your apps and settings and end up with a non rooted 607?

I am thinking I can use titanium backup to back everything up, wipe the phone then update, but from there titanium requires that I root to restore.

Is there a way to unroot after the d3 root method? I don't want to leave my wifes phone rooted unless she needs to take it in for some reason.

I would suggest always having a backup on 2.4.330 with everything set up the way you like it, so that way, you can experiment and always have something go back to. If you're going to flash updates over it provided by moto, simply sbf but only wipe cache. You'll end up with an unrooted version of 4.5.60x with all your settings and apps intact, updates aside.
