PLEASE HELP! I want to hear notifcations when on call. How

I have a Droid Razr. When I'm on the phone I have to just keep looking at my phone to see if I got a text. How can I change it so I can hear something to notify me? Please help

Sorry I cant help, but I dont have a razr. You posted a thread already so I'm gonna close this one, no need to double post. Someone should be along to offer advice.
