Seems like a delay would be awesome. Use the speed for burst shots, but I am willing to bet that a simple 1 or 2 second delay would produce a very good pic. Sad to see a lot of these are out of focus...but it makes sense as you move your hand to hit the button, and that button is a doosy....which makes any movement almost crippling to the end result.

I used picsay pro to warm up the colors (they were too blue) and adjust the contrast a bit.
I love the focus feature on this phone
