Payed app not saying I paid

so I have had paid titanium bachup forever. I did the CM7 nightly, wipe data/cache everything etc. I go to download TB and it says I have to pay. I wiped cache in market and went into the free titanium and wiped market data. It still says I need to pay and yes I am signed into my google account. It says I purchased ROM manager so why doesn't it show TB? any help would be appreciated.

so, you say you have had it forever... which way did you buy it?

through the market itself or did you donate to the developer and he emailed you a .txt file that you put on the root of your sd?
