Press on the Google search widget, press menu and then press "searchable items"

I do have apps checkmarked. It still doesn't work. I am trying to search when I am in the apps drawer. This worked before (once I uninstalled the Google Search update due to a bug.) Now it does nothing. Can anyone get this to work or is it just me?

My screen won't rotate anymore

Same for me. Works for awhile then stops. Reboot fixes it for a bit then the issue recurs. Wasn't a problem before latest update. Hopefully ICS will fix it.
