Bootstrap will prevent update from installing. Missing skype will cause same issue. Simply SBF and you will be fine.

I'm not sure how exactly you managed to do it.

z4root replaces /system/bin/logwrapper and the OTA checks that file's SHA checksum.

Ok I have rooted with z4root and unrooted, exactly what else do I need to do go make sure I can get the ota? Ie change this logwrapper- sha checksum?

No, if it doesn't install even after unrooting you will have to SBF.

If you're okay with being rooted on 4.5.607: root again, install CWM, do a Nandroid backup, then SBF to 2.4.330, update to 4.5.607, root, install CWM, restore /data only via backup/restore, advanced restore. This will restore all your apps and settings in 4.5.607.
