Only one mailbox account won't work on Droid. Others will though. What's wrong?

Hello. I have an Exchange 2010 Server. Multiple Droid users with no issues. One new Droid user fails during sync. We enter her info, it looks like it's working but then it just hangs with a white screen. If we enter another account into the same Droid it works fine. So that tells me it's just this one users account. What could the problem be? She has about 2.5 GB of mail but we only allow 3 days on the Droid.


Any ideas?
