Ok I am new to my droid too so I need a little bit of help .. ok first question is there a app or does anyone know how to make my droid run faster it was fast now it has slowed down a lot and two is there anything I can do to help my phone cool off faster like a app or somthing .. o and one more question is there a good battery saver app ?

Is your phone rooted? If you run a lot of Widgets, your phone will run slower.

Hey there Evo. One good battery saving app is "JuiceDefender" in the market. Does a great job i think. Also one good app to spped up your device is Jrummy's "Droid Overclock" app (you have to be rooted to use the overclock app tho). Also have you tried cleaning the cache? and have you tried emptying your texts and emails?

Try a cache cleaner like aCCleaner by Sam Lu.

root, overclock, and make sure u close/end all other apps before opening a new one

Well I haven't owned a droid 2 for very long,one way I save my battery power is setting>battery manager>night time saver mode it works suffecitly for me now matter how many apps I keep open, or run n the background.
