I use my Tbolt a lot for my business, usually over 3 gigs a month (thankfully I have unlimited data!) I was reading a book on the Kindle app Friday night, comfortably on 3G, since there's no 4G in my area yet. Saturday morning, I went to pick up where I left off and NO internet access, not even 1X. I turned the phone off, removed the battery and sim card, reinstalled them with no change. I spent 2 hours on my land line with VZW tech and nothing worked. Their sending me a replacement. I found out today, that I have 1X only with the phone's back cover off, which will at least get me through until I have my new phone. And here I was so happy after last weeks update...my phone was working flawlessly! How can it go all to hell overnight??
