No Idea

I restarted my droid, and it starts up, and by that i mean it opens the motorola logo screen, but... thats it. it stops there, i have reset stuff reinstalled rom i am officially out of ideas, i do not know what to do. please anything would be nice. thanks i greatly appreciate it.
