I use it all the time. From re-coloring the lock screen music controls to swapping the images in the settings list to making the contacts and dialer clear etc..

I am also wondering if you are able to change the battery icon in status bar with ninjamorph if so how. I am new to ninjamorph and rooting my phone. Right now i am running liberty with UD theme and was wondering if i would be able to change the battery icon with a new one with numbers using ninjamorph.

yes that is possible with NM....fairly easy as well.
new project
find system/framework/framework-res.apk
it will extract the files
get the battery icons you want on your SD card somwhere.
find the drawable-hdpi folder
scroll down to stat_sys_battery 0, 10,20, ect
once you click on one of them, you select the battery icon you want to change it with.
do this for all of them.
finish the project
and it packs everything up together and reboots and you are done.

here is a thread that will better explain it to you...but really, it is simple.

Liberty didn't take framework changes too well, for me anyway. I wouldn't suggest you try to alter it.
