Well today after about three weeks of back an fourths with Verizon people on an off, phones being hung up on me, rude customer service reps, threatening to cancel all five of my lines, getting the run around from customer service about they could only give me a Samsung Charge.
A superviser listened to me an my promblems ,let me rant for a good 5 minutes while driving around my neighborhood too annoyed to park my car correctly (parallel) . The women finally said "oh my goodness well hunny we'll see what we can do...." then BAM. I was offered the moon...wl not really but my choice was any phone in the android line up, credited $50 on my bill for my time an a extended battery for the phone of my choice... So my nexus is in the mail haha.
