When I first updated to the official 6.0 I kept having random reboots and my phone would get hot. I have it set that a pass key would be required to boot android after it is reset. So I'll take my phone out my pocket and notice it was at the passkey screen and my screen was hot. Was searching around the web for days for a solution. It was likely an app misbehaving (not sure which one(s)). But no pocket reboots lately and all of my apps have been updated.

I say that to say that a bad battery day could be an app issue. A bad battery week(s) on the other hand may be more.

I'd day this is pretty good for initial setup day. Screen time is just under 2 hours. And that's pretty much 2 hours straight of downloading & setting up apps & getting everything how I want it.

Samsung note 5 really impressed me. For as much slack as we give Samsung for touchwiz, they are the clear winner in performance. And that is comparing a lollipop phone to a marshmallow device.

Still you looking at 499 for a 32 gig 6p and 538 for a 64 gig vs 739 for a 32 gig note 5 and 839 for a 64 gig. So we have to keep that in mind as well.

Looking forward to seeing the MM rollout for my Note 4. Interesting to see the boost the 5s processor gave in battery life considering that the Ex got some criticisms not too long ago.
