Retired university faculty member who is interested in all consumer computer/digital devices. I taught computer classes which were later renamed Information Services and Technology to better reflect what was happening in the field. When I was teaching I tried to keep up with an become experienced with all the devices my students might be have or would be beneficial to them. I am familiar with JAVA which is the core programming language for phones using the Android operating system. I don't do any programming anymore but have enough knowledge to now good programming from bad.
I spend the summers on a lake in Southern Minnesota and have a pontoon on the lake. In the winters I go down to the Rio Grande Valley. Snow is nice for the holidays but so are temps in the 80s in winter.
My previous phone was a Droid, my first cellphone was a Motorola bag phone, and now I have the Razr Max.
