Hello all:

I've been browsing this forum for a few days and you all seem like a friendly bunch, so I just joined today.

Previously, I was a feature phone user; however, I have had to replace 3 LG feature phones this month, and am now on #4 (thankfully, I bought the $1.99/month extended warranty coverage). During the past 2 years, I've had 4 Chocolates, and am now on Cosmos #3...after having 6 phones die on me, it's become apparent that LG phones simply don't like me, and I've grown tired of spending my evenings in the Verizon store (The reps don't even need to ask my name anymore), so I decided to switch brands.

I had already been thinking of trying a smartphone, so I ordered a refurbished Droid ERIS online to hold me over until my upgrade date in April. It's supposed to arrive this week...and yeah, I made sure to opt for warranty coverage. :icon_wink:
