New droid user - how to paste links in browser

    I can't paste a link from gmail into my browser. I doesn't work by clicking on it when I'm in gmail. Can anyone help?

    Hmm odd that the link won't open from gmail... So when you copy the text you cant long press the address bar in the browser and paste? That doesn't work for you?

    how do you copy the text from gmila using my droid and paste into browser

    I pulled up a map with directions on my computer and sent it to my droid using gmail. I can see the email with the link but can't get the link to my droid browser. Pls help I only have this droid 4 days.

    Ahh is it google maps? Save the directions as a google map and open it in maps on your droid? Sorry, leaving work or I could help more now...
