Need some voice mail help pls

Ok I dont know what happened, I was playing around with some voice mail apps, hullo and you mail.. I uninstalled both, but now my voice mail is some generic message and doesnt put a notification in status bar when I have voice mail.. In setting, under voicemail, I only have one option, which is "My Carrier" and its checked.. I want to get back to the original voicemai.. any ideas?
