Need Help Rooted Droid 1 Wont OC

Two options. On your PC do a right mouse click and click properties. On your phone, if you have a file manager (Astro, Root Explorer) tap and look at the extension

It's definitely a Zip file. I tried to name it "Update.zip" and flash through SPRecovery and it would not recognize it and aborted the install.

Plus checking the file extension shows proof positive .zip file

Just reattempted with Orangeworks via ROM manager trying to install Chevy01 ULV 1.1 and have the infamous boot of failure.

gunny, in windows explorer when you are looking at the file does it look like this: ChevyNo1-1.1Ghz-lowV-7slot-update.zip or like ChevyNo1-1.1Ghz-lowV-7slot-update without looking at the properties just a straight open windows explorer and navigate to the directory where you saved the file. Just trying to help.

Thanks JRM! I'm a Mac user and it's been way too long since I used a Windows box so I completely forgot about explorer.
