Need a little help with my email not sending from my phone.

Greetings! My Incredible 2 is about 6 weeks old and I am having some issues with my company email account. Allow me to try to explain.

The email is on a "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync". When I respond to an email from the phone it does not always automatically send. It may sit in the outbox for several days before it is sent. I have tried to "refresh" thinking this may help push it with no luck. The last batch we 2 days old and finally sent today.

I pulled the battery to do a soft reset, as Verizon recommended I try, to no immediate help. It was also recommended to remove the program and then re-install. Any other ideas?

Being "their" phone I'm a little reluctant to start doing this myself.
