I know this has been brought up before, but i had an idea as to a fix. If anyone can get intouch with MTWebster over at the cyanogenmod forums he was able to fix the exact same issue in CMOD 6. I tried to message him to see how they fixed the issue, but have recieved no response. Also He did mention the problem was due to a "Screen Hack" that is no longer used. Maybe something knows more on this issue?
To reiterate, the multitouch problem is that when u try to click one part of the screen and hold then touch another part it doesnt register two touches till you slide your second finger over at least one pixel.
