Do you use a screen protector or does it not really scratch?

They are scratch resistant but, things can happen. Odds are you will be fine without it, but some folks just like that peace of mind of an extra layer of protection on their expensive device. Besides screen protectors sometimes offer other benefits, such as glare reduction or anti-smudging from fingerprints. The anti-fingerprints was the reason I invested in one for my Droid.

There are cons to using a screen protector as well. Such as some can make things look a little weird due to the protector not being 100% clear (some of them have an orangish tint to them). Also there can be a reduction in screen responsiveness with a screen protector.

I am a fan of screen protectors myself, but I can understand why folks don't buy them since they aren't really necessary. If you do decide you want one, you may want to read around on the pros and cons of each one.
