Motorola A854 fast battery drain

I charge at night, by noon its dead with never having turned it on. Any ideas for a fix?

What rom are you running?

Also how long have you had your Droid? I would think that if it's over 2 years old that a new battery should do the trick.

Are you rooted? Running a custom rom? How old is battery? Details are needed. More the merrier

Welcome to Droid Forums. I have to agree with Q on this one, a new battery should help out big time. I suggest checking amazon, they had them very cheap at one point.
