Menu key not working ?

I was replying to a text yesterday and all of a sudden my browser opened up and the text was going crazy. Finally got it to stop. Shut it down the restarted. Now my menu key on the face wont work at all. And, if I try to use the keypad on the screen, many of the alphabet keys don't work. Any ideas. :icon_eek:

I suggest clean the screen. Let it dry make sure it is dry . also if the phone got wet sometimes this will happen to the menu key. Take a hair dryer and hold it close to the hard keys. Let it get warm but not hot then pull a way. Then retry should fix it

Fix or upgrade. X

So I finally went to a Verizon store. They said they would have another phone sent to me since I had the extended warranty. I had been eyeing the X so i just decided to spend the money and moved on to the X.

So now I'm looking for a case and deciding what apps to reinstall.
