Media Sync Not Working After Root

After rooting my Fascinate, the media sync function no longer works. It will say it's "connecting" for hours on end. Mass storage still works and I could just do that, but still. Anybody else possibly having this problem?

I should probably add that I've used the one-click lag fix.
