My phone is about 3 days old. I was working on it just fine, put it down for while and when I went to pick it back up, could not get it to wake up. Held down the on button, slide the case, held the on button and slide the case at the same time. Nothing. Had to take out the battery, replace it and then it came back on. Questions:
1. is that a lock out?
2.if so how did/does this happen, did I push a combination of the outside buttons
3. is doing the battery thing the only thing that works for this situation?
