killed my droid razr maxx

my phone was not rooted i just downloaded 4.1.1 ive been out to sea and just got back
i ussed mats 1.8 and accidentally hit option 1 none of the root programs where working so i decided to try this one out

i have a android guy laying down with a panel on his chest open with a red triangle with an exlamation mark in the middle.
my phone says

device is locked status code 0

battery ok
transfer mode
usb connected

fastboot reason flash failure
usb connected
