Hey there,
I'm new to forums in general, so if i'm doing something wrong just let me know.

So i have a Droid Razr Maxx HD (xt926). I tried to root the phone but i think i used a file for a diffrent phone, so it left me in ap fastboot flash mode. it prompted me with this message:

AP Fastboot Flash Mode (s)
10.9b(*) (sha-61146a2, 2014-05-02 03:15:48)
eMMC Info: Size 32GB

Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0

Battery ok

Connect USB
Data cable

Fastboot Reason: Flash Failure

I can still press and hold the volume keys and power button and select "recovery","regular start"(that is what i have been doing, until i tried to update and keeps bringing me back here)

I need Help PLEASE!!
Thanks!

Which Android version were you on before the root failure? Looks like you will need to use rsd lite and reflash the phone.

You can flash 4.4.2, root, then unlock the bootloader if you wish.
