Kernels Help

I need help installing a kernel for Ultimate Droid Froyo extreme. I want a 1.2Ghz or 1.25 Ghz kernel on my droid. (It has to be a froyo kernel) Whenever I choose a froyo kernel from ChevyNo1 (rom manager) it always gets into a boot loop and it's a pain to fix. Any help would be great.

Download the kernel..and install manually through sprecovery.its ur best bet..me personally, I wouldn't use rom manager for any of my ud needs

If you are selecting a ULV try selecting a LV instead, my phone didn't like the ULV kernels, I use the 1.25GHz from Chevy...works like a charm

careful with trying different kernels...what might work for my phone might screw urs up...step up the speed slowly
