Iphone 4 (3G) or Droid (4G)

The only Droid with 4G capabilities right now is the Charge, so, I would say wait for either the iPhone 5 or the next 4G Droid. Hoping its Bionic of coarse.

I'm assuming the OP meant "Android OS" when he said he was considering a Droid phone. If so, that actually leaves 3 phones available thru VZW: Charge, Thunderbolt, and Revolution.

I wasn't sure on the specs for the Revo so I looked it up, and sure enough, that phone also has a 4.3 inch display. Some of the phones have a large a display in a "smaller" package. For example, the TB feels like a brick to me, but the Charge feels much smaller. Best thing for you to do is go and look at all the phones you're considering.
