ICS won't install onto Rooted Droid Razr

I tried to install the new ICS update on my droid razr today after seeing my brothers phone update. We both have them rooted using superuser and sqlite editor. He was able to get the new update but my phone keeps saying "update failed" I dont know what to do. I have a mac so unrooting etc is hard to do because i cant find any programs or anything that would work with my macbook
