icons and widgets changed by kids

My kids got my phone to play games. Now the text is gone beneath the app icons and the widgets that were on the bottom of the screen now go up and the side. Where are the settings for the display that control these things? Droid X stock. Any help will be appreciated.

Launcher Pro is the solution, download it and back it up. That way, whenever your kid mess up your settings, you can always restore.

is your phone rooted? and are you using livehome or any type of launcher?

not rooted. no luancher.

I've heard about the bottom icons moving to the side a few times. A reboot will probably fix it for you.

Ya I thought it would. It seems like an issue that is Droid x specific because I've talked to about 4 x users with the same problem. Anyway glad I could help.
