I am a verizon person and all android but that idiot kid in my class doesn't seem to understand how 4g lte works is just running his mouth about what he thinks he knows. I just want your input on how AT&T hasn't had a 4g lte network for a while and how they just had the kind of 4g phones but not the right kind of classification or speeds to be on a 4g network. Any inputs?

    AT&T vs. Verizon: LTE, Head-to-Head | News & Opinion | PCMag.com

Here's an article compating the two. Sounds like depending on where you live, AT&T may be much faster. If they merge with T-Mobile, that could make their coverage maps and speeds much more appealing. I'm in the Gainesville FL area, and I just did a speed test with 4 bars of LTE, Ping 177, 13 down and 8 up.

ATT has LTE in 6 or so markets right now. Chicago and... I think Dallas or Atlanta were the first 2 that went live a couple months ago.
