How to get the Axiom Crossbreed ROM on my GNex?

I have not rooted yet but I plan on using the Wugfresh one click method of rooting since im sorta a noob. From there I wanted to put this ROM on with the 4.0.4 radio that comes with it. Can someone please help me because I'm lost and this looks like the greatest ROM out now.

I can tell you this is by far the best rom I've run on my GNEX so far. After you get rooted and unlocked its easy to get the rom to the phone. I will take some screen shots and post them in a little bit to try and help you out.

So the Droid X I was using to try and take pictures of my gnex turned out way to bad. So it might be a little bit longer before I can post pictures. Do you know how to get into recovery? (After rooting and unlocking power the phone off and hold down volume up and down and
the power button, that will power it into recovery that is where we need to be to put the rom on the phone.)

Great! I'm really looking forward to having this ROM run on my GNEX. And take your time with the pictures. No rush. Probably not gonna root til the weekend anyway.

Im seriously so pumped. I've never seen a ROM like it. Hows the 3g/4g data connection and battery life with the Franco kernel?

He is keeping this up to date just as fast if not faster that Droid Hive, this site is a little faster then the Hive to..

INSTALLATION

ROM ON SD CARD
WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
WIPE CACHE
WIPE DALVIK
FORMAT SYSTEM
FLASH IT
REBOOT

What exactly are we supposed to do for "FORMAT SYSTEM"? And I am assuming that I should be rooted before I wipe through Recovery, am I correct?

Yes root before recovery, format system is to get your phone ready for the rom its also in recovery.
