My wife and I got Droids about a week ago. I'm a TV engineer with some code writing a while ago, mostly Pascal, C, some C++, some 8080, Z80, 6800 assembler, but I'm by no means a programmer. I was a GSM fan, and hacked a couple of the Motorola V180s to unlock them when Cingular would not, to use with local SIMs in Europe, and even a V 360 that required taking a Dremel to a shield inside to short a test point to ground to allow it to go into boot loader mode to run the unlock software I found on the Howardforums. I found this Droid Forum while looking for a way to load Flash Player onto my Droid running Android 2.1-update1.
