Ok.. I still have ICS. I have not rooted my phone or done anything like that. My phone had been real slow. I have app cache cleaner. And advanced task killer. All my apps run slow. even this Droid forums app. I had to start it over just to get anywhere. My stock email app won't open half the time and if it does it takes at least a minute. The original browser doesn't load sites worth the crap. I have shut my phone down a few times only fixes for a few minutes. I have AVG antivirus. Can someone help
Thanks

You can start by getting rid of your task killer. That usually hurts more than helps. A factory reset might help too.

Factory reset makes it like your phone came out of the box, but with ics or JB if you have that on your phone, wipes everything

Not been officially released, Motorola says by end of Q1, there is an accidental release out there from 12/24, but at this point probably better to just wait a couple more weeks

Factory data reset is the best solution. It's not that bad. It won't wipe your SD card and all your apps will still be available to reinstall.

I would get rid of AVG and perform a Cache wipe from stock recovery.
