help with this weird yellow pop

Hi everybody

I have this problem with my phone
This yellow notification comes every time I place or receive a call

How can I get rid of it. Please help

You could try a factory reset

The same thing suddenly is happening to my phone! Then when you call someone, it pops up the last person you talked to. I kept thinking that I was calling that person. Did you try the factory reset? Did it work?

I know this is a reply to an old thread, but that initial post screen shot looks like a virus. Could you post a pic of what happens on your phone?

Boot the phone in safe mode see if it happens

It only pops up when I call someone, or someone calls me.... I booted in safe mode, but you you cant make a call.

You should be able to do everything that the phone can do normally except run user-installed apps and widgets in safe mode, unless they're on the homescreen already. I have used my phone in safe mode for days and had no issues making or receiving calls.
