Help!!!!!!! Power draining and rebooting

My phone is acting weird. Only a week old and having some crazy stuff happen. After I am done charging phone, it goes dead then comes back with a dead battery. Then reboots itself.... what is happening. Should I return the phone?

as long as u haven't rooted take it back. could be just bad battery. either that many apps are continuously running

Take it back! Had the same problem with the first one I bought my girlfriend. It's a good phone but I would reconsider your purchase.

A rooted phone is a hacked phone. You obviously don't have one, just take the phone back to get a new battery.
