help on deleting text messages.

Is there a way to delete multiple text messages instead of one individually because it takes forever to when you have a lot. I dont want to delete the whole threads though. Is there an app or shortcut? thanks.

Always specify the app. Not everyone is using the same apps as you.

I use the basic messaging app.

Either it's by the thread or by the message. I don't know of any other way.

when the whole Thread of Texts is open Go to your bottom Menu key.. and you will get choices ..

u can only use ur regular msg app. u will have to delete them all or delete them 1 by 1.

You can use SMS backup and restore and edit the file in excel. Then you restore that file. Kind of a pain but easier than one by one if you've got a lot to delete.
