Hey! I just got my Droid X on Thursday....looking for recommendations on good apps and any ideas on how to extend battery life.

My son has one too but you know they can't take the time to teach an old dog new tricks.

My best advice - If you have a Task Killer or Process Manager installed - Uninstall it, Android handles tasks and processes very efficiently and any third party application that claimsto do the same just slows your device down and drains battery :wink:
