has sense ui been ported or created as a rom?

Not a fully functional ROM. That may never happen unless the RIL issue is suddenly solved (which doesn't seem probable).

you can add some sense like home replacement apps like adw or launcherpro. But as far as a functioning sensui...nope. I just slapped beautiful home on there with lp and called it a day.
