Original Droid user; love the phone BUT I am having force close issues with email. I've gotten several possible fixes from the forums and tried everything short of total system reset but it's still happening. Maybe 2.2 will fix it? Love the geekiness of the forums. Don't love the occasional useless flame wars.

Hi (also from Mass!),

Do what I did, dump the stock email client and download K9! It's a million times better and it's free. If you really want to stick with stock though I would try a factory reset.
