There is a special section in the forums for Hacks. I would suggest checking there for the comprehensive guides that are already posted for rooting/overclocking.

All the things you want are covered in few of the custom ROMS.

It's okay to ask for help, but you are asking us to find the information for you when it's readily available to you, in an easy to find/use format.
