Getting exchange from VZW on droid 2 that is rooted. what to delete?

As the title says. Do I need to remove any "mods" like Bootstrap or Root or any apps such as FM Radio from the root fs before returning? Or can I just to a factory reset and this will wipe all of this?

Manually remove su and fmradio. Sbf 2.3.20 and then factory reset.

Mine didn't come with 2.3.20. It has 2.2. Will a factory reset not clear all memory if FM radio and SU is removed manually?

EDIT. It did have 2.3.20. "Version.2.3.20.A955.Verizon.en.US".

How do I download 2.3.20? I know how to install it. I used RSD lite on my Droid 1.
