So I've been experiencing what seemed like the same sync issues some others were experiencing. I eventually got feed up with it all, downloaded backup program and then did the factory reset. Small thing, problem immediately came back, after this I noticed that gallery was running all the time, so I cleared the data for gallery. Which temporarily solves the problem, that being approximately a couple of hours until it decides to sync forever again. Any ideas? The only way I can find to turn off sync for it is to turn off sync for the google account, which defeats the purpose is owning the phone.
